OUTSCALE (a Dassault Systèmes brand) is France's reference sovereign cloud provider for sensitive and regulated sectors. Founded in 2010 in Saint-Cloud, the company obtained ANSSI SecNumCloud 3.2 qualification in 2023 — the highest level of digital sovereignty in France and Europe — alongside HDS certification for health data.

OUTSCALE targets OIVs (operators of vital importance), OSEs (essential service operators), public administrations, healthcare institutions, and enterprises in finance and industry.
